Every year, World Concern's country directors and other international employees spend two weeks of training at World Concern's home office in Seattle. We have had the utmost pleasure of hosting, Lenard Parejaz, Bolivian's country director during this time. It snowed yesterday and today in Seattle and some of the African team , like Hurun (who works in Sudan), had never seen snow before. I absolutely love the excitement and Joy captured in both of these pictures, taken by one of Mark's coworkers, Derek. It reminds me of Psalms 34:8 :Taste and see that the LORD is good; BLESSED is the man who takes refuge in him. Oh, that I might taste and see the Lord everyday in ALL things...big and small.

Oh Seattle, You so Crazy
We spent our Saturday in the downtown area with our new friend, Lenard Pareja, who is visiting here from Bolivia. Mark and Lenard were taking pictures of the beautiful scenery, and I couldn't take my eyes off the people feeling the music. Seattle you are nuts, but we absolutely love you.
Our new friend, Lenard
Our friend, Lenard Pareja is here visiting from Bolivia. He is the World Concern country director of Bolivia and is here in Seattle for the next two weeks for a conference. We have the privilege of him staying with us. What a kind, wise man. We are loving having him here with us.
