So Happy ToGeThEr

This weekend, Mark and I had the rare opportunity to enjoy time by ourselves. Mark was in a good friend's wedding in Fort Worth and we enjoyed going to the delicious rehearsal dinner and beautiful wedding sans Ryann. Thank you Lamb Family and Herrington Family for watching Miss Ryann. We had a great time with Mark's Lacrosse friends, whom we really enjoy and rarely see. Congrats Anna and Chris, thanks for letting us be a part of your wedding weekend.

Sunday Brunch

Part of the wedding weekend festivities was a Sunday Send-Off Brunch at the Botanical Gardens in Fort Worth. I have never been there before, it is gorgeous, and most of the gardens are free...which we like a lot.

Step by Step...Ooooh BaBy

Yes, it is official, Ryann is a walker. I don't have an official date because the single steps have been happening for awhile now. I am counting Ryann's 14th month as the walking month. She is cruising everywhere like frankenstein.

LOVE these Girls.

Annie (see Hunt Family), Liesel, and I have been friends for a long time. Rarely do we have the opportunity to all be together. I really cherish the time spent alone with girlfriends, because it seems to be limited with the addition of a little one.

Cute Cousins

Ryann and I had lunch with my mom and Lydia Farell and her son Drew (see Farell family) last week.It was so fun to see Ryann and Drew interact with each other, they are just 2 months apart.

Ryann and Drew Farell, isn't he the cutest?!?:)

Who can resist Blue Bell Ice Cream? Definitely not me...or my child

PRAISE baby

I was checking my email this morning and I heard this sweet, little sound of "Ohs", "Ahs" ,"ooos". I went in to the living room, where a praise cd was playing, and there I saw Ryann right up to the CD player singing along in her baby babble. She looked at me, smiled, and kept right on singing.I need to sing His praises more.

"But when the chief priests and the scribes saw the wonderful things that HE has done, and the children who were shouting in the temple, "Hosanna to the Son of David," they became indignant and said to Him, "Do you hear what these children are saying?" And Jesus said to them," Yes, have you never read, 'Out of the mouth of infants and nursing babies You have prepared PRAISE for yourself'?" Matthew 21:15-16

Little FiSh

After some serious coaxing, Ryann and I swam in the pool...despite the cold temperature. She really enjoyed it. We got our season pass to the neighborhood pool today, so hopefully we will be doing a lot of swimming this summer.

This is COLD!

BIG FiSh

Mark caught the biggest fish on the trip. A 7lb brown trout...apparently, that is big for trout. YAY Mark!

A.R.K.A.N.S.A.S. 2008

The Castleberry Family annual fishing trip was last week. We had such a good time getting away and enjoying the nature around us. It was also nice to have so many extra hands watching Ryann. Thanks, mom and dad for such a great trip! We love you.

My dad and the fishing guide, "Crazy Mike" (Yes, that is what he goes by..Love it!)
